Where can I find colored translucent vinyl(not in bulk)?

I'm planning on doing a led swap on my gauge lights in my car. I want two tone colors and the only way I can do that is with translucent vinyl. You can find most of what I need at ledmods.net or garage 1217.com. However they do not have the color I need. I want a purplish blue(almost like the VW's) I have tried looking online and all I see is that color in bulk. I dont need to make a d**n banner. I just need enough to do my car(at the most,if I have to, a foot!) Can anyone help me with this?!
