Outsourcing: Medical transcription, data entry, banking.  With your question, I assume that you are a new entrant to this area of business.  You will not be able to get into first layer of outsource working.  However you can approach many organisations that can support with sub contract assignment and from there you can see your graph rising.  They are located in the IT parks at Tharamani in Chennai- Adyar.  All the best.
