Where can I find cute vintage like boutique clothing? ?

I just want something a bit differant!

Like I went to this place in Hollywood that I think is called Varga, & got a darling vest!! We don't have anything like that here, but I love it!!! It had like 50's stuff everywhere with like Marilyn Monroe (My role model) pictures everywhere! It was heaven!!

Anything similar to Forever 21, also!
