Where can I find detailed information on a cruise I am taking?

Question

I am taking a cruise the beginning of next month. I was wondering where I can find detailed information about the specific cruise (ie: meals, activities, etc) besides what is give on the website. It is a Carnival cruise and I have already looked up the set up of the ship on their website but I want much more information than what they give online. I have never been on a cruise before so I want as much information as possible. Thanks!

I agree with Nikki:   go to cruisecritic.com.  It has been voted the BEST cruise website by Travel and Leisure magazine - and for good reason.

You know what I found out that if you go to www.youtube.com and put the name of the ship that you are going to take alot of people actually put videos or slide shows of the ship and if you are lucky enough alot of them have gone to the same destination you might be going. I tell you because I am like you since I am taking a cruise for my honeymoon I wanted to know every single thing other than just the information at carnival.com so I went to youtube.com and there were alot of nice videos that even makes you get more excited about the trip jajaja. =)

Try webshots.com - and type in your Ships name in the search.  Alot of people share their photos of the ship - and I have even found people who have copied the menus onto the site.

Well if you want to get more details about cruise you can visit on www.southtravels.com I can provide you full details if you are taking cruise in UAE you can also find more about cruise by searching on Google. But believe me it will be very nice experience mostly the food they are providing they are taking from some 5* hotels. and International Buffet with an Arabic touch. (As per my Dubai Cruise experience as I worked with Tourism Company and enjoyed this trip 3 times) In Short the Trip will be Mindblowing
