Where can I find driving directions for commercial vehicles? (in NY they can use expressways but not parkways?

with Mapquest there is the option to not use any highways but that does not serve my purpose. In NY commercial vehicles can use expressways but not parkways and neither Yahoo nor Google maps seem to offer options for those kind of directions.
