craig's list, indeed.com, simplyhired.com, monster.com, and careerbuilder.com.  

type 'editing' in the career area space and enter your zip code in the correct box and see which editing job opportunities are available.

I don't know where you live, but check the link below.  In my area, there are editing jobs listed and this is the site I use for many things.  It's a free site and sometimes get bogus/scams on it, but job stuff is pretty legit.

Have you tried your local newspaper or society magazine?  Web companies are often looking for editors, also.

You can try doing freelance editing for a while.

mediabistro.com has listings of media jobs (publishing, web, tv, etc).

also guru.com has freelance listings.
