Where can I find end tables for cheap?

Question

I need 2 small black end tables similiar to the one in the link below but cheaper then $80. Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find them? Thanx in advance!

try the following:

Thrift stores and yard sales-repaint them use a good grade of black lacquer paint.

Check the local "Penny Saver".

Put a small ad in the local paper-be clear about what you are looking for-you will be very pleased to see what a bit of clarity will do.

have you look into hotel liquidator in your area. You may not find exact but close enough since the products are used the usually are less than market value.

Try kijiji.com or craigslist.com or local Thrift stores.  You may not find the tables you want in black but you're likely to find a size and style you like.  Then invest in a little fine sandpaper and a couple of spray cans of black Tremclad paint.  

Sand the tables down with your sand paper wrapped around a little block of wood or a special sanding block you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot.  Use masking tape and cardboard and newspaper to make a spray booth and give your tables at least 5 very light coats.

You'll be well-paid for your time by your savings on the tables -- plus you get bragging rights when people say "where'd you get the cool tables?"
