Where can I find exercises to do with my Strength Shoes?

I have Strength Shoes, and I want to find a place tp know what exercises I can do with them to help my vertical jump. I have looked everywhere but cant find exactly what to do. I know some are like skipping high...jumping straight up, and stuff...but what else??
