You can't. Since 9/11 they are all kept locked in a safe at the FAA. You have to check them out on a need to know basis.

Rediculous answer captain crunch. Checklists are available to anybody from the manufacturer. May cost you  though. Make that, will cost you. But I hope you're not planning on becoming a pilot if you're playing with the flight simulator toys. They sure mess up a bunch of peoples minds as is evidenced by some of the questions asked and answered here.
