nbcolympics.com has many videos from the synchronized swimming in Beijing.  Once you click, the "Video" button along the top of the page, scroll down to "Search Video" and select "Synchronized Swimming" from the "By Sport" pull down menu.  That will filter your results to only synchronized swimming.
