  2. I use Ambleside Online for my daughter. It is based off of Charlotte Mason style homeschooling. They give you a list of books for subjects and a weekly schedule. Most of the books are free online you will have to buy some of the books yourself. They have a lot of information on how to go about using their curriculum. I really like it because it is heavily saturated with literature.

  3. For those who live in Florida, there is Florida Virtual School.  They offer middle and high school courses at no charge to FL residents.  You can do most of your classes this way or you can supplement a home education or public school education.  Classes begin each month.  There is a charge if you are not a FL resident.

  4. Sometimes at curriculum fairs there is a free table and I have found some real gems that way.  You may find people that are willing to swap or give away items at the following link;

    Generally to meet your kids needs it will cost money and this is especially true in high school.  I have created cash for curriculum by having a yard sale, selling used curriculum at a cur. sale, babysitting, and selling art work.

  5. http://www.Homeschool.com

    I use this site all the time... i'm pretty sure theres even a section  in there for free curriculums. Its a good site providing a whole bunch of websites too for other homeschooling options... look into it

  6. Not sure about free. Some states have online charter schools and those are free. Otherwise, homeschool generally costs. You can find more reasonable prices for curriculum on ebay though.

  7. In florida, I do Florida Virtual School. Go to K12.com and there is a ton of info for you.
