Where can I find free resume searches?

I'm helping my boss recruit people, and looking for a database of resumes that I don't have to pay for, or at least, give me some kind of free 30 day trial. Do you know where I can find a website that will allow this? Monster/CareerBuilder and such make you pay tons of $$$ just to look at a few resumes.

  1. the best site out there now that is completely free is Craigslist.org... you can post the job on there and you can see what happens.. you will proably get emails and resumes every day..
