Couldn't find an excell spread sheet (I hate MS Office anyways), but here is Wikipedia's list of the 110th US Congress:

And somewhere on this page is a list of Senators, but whoever changed it really made it hard to tell:

You won't. None of the members of Congress are smart enough to create an Excel Spreadsheet.
