Where can I find gift cards from reputable venders that donate a percentage of the purchase price to charity?

I'm looking for something along the lines of the iTunes product (red) gift card. My purchase of the card ensures a certain percent donation to the cause. I'd really like to find one that works the same way, only with the proceeds going to an animal charity-it adds variety. Nobody wants to just keep getting the same birthday present over and over.
