Where can I find good,cheap flats in Toronto?

I'm not looking to spend more than $60 on flats so anyone know where I can get some?

check out all the main shoe stores in the eaten centre, i'm sure you will find a cheap pair because they're starting to bring in winter stuff and get rid of flats.  I would also check out GUESS, I'm not sure if they have flats, but I got a pair of really nice flip flops (not the sponge material though) with rinestones on them and they were only $22, be sure to check out spring too (I got a pair of flats there for $12 last week.)
