Where can I find good Chinese food in Dubai?

I'm kind of looking for the Chinese food you'd eat in the USA, with the beef and chicken teriyaki, and crab rangoon??

The best authentic chinese food you will find in Dubai is the only restaurant you will find inside the Dragon Mart at the International City. Prepared, cooked and served by real chinese (though waiters and waitresses are mixed Indian and Philippines).

However - though you're asking chinese foods, how come you specify beef and chicken teriyaki? It's Japanese......

By the way - shhhhhhhhhhhhh.... chinese restaurants in Dubai who are serving (as what they say and claim) "real" chinese foods are cooked either by Indians or Sri Lankans or Philippinos (they are the "new" chinese of Dubai !)
