Donot know about buffet lunch but lots of Dhabas are good for cheap food in delhi. Or else I love food at TGTIF. Spartan

Try Sarvana Bhavan in Connaught Place(they had a cheap south Indian buffet at Karol Bagh branch but I'm not sure if they have one at CP) or Try the andhra Bhavan...only if they have a buffet...
