  1. Generally a visa to visit Cuba will allow you to stay for two months, depending on your country of origin, and sometimes it can be renewed.  One way to emigrate to Cuba would be to find a company that is doing work in Cuba and get a job with that company.  Or you could find a way to do volunteer work in Cuba.  Also many young people go to Cuba to study - the education system is excellent.

Is there a Cuban embassy in your country?  If so, that should be your first stop.  They will be able to give you information about the possibilities of emigration.

These links may be of some help.  Best of luck with your plans.

  2. why would you move to cuba? are you allowed to do that? have you tried checking with a travel agent.
