I can't provide you with any specifics but you might try looking in local papers, small-ads, notice boards as well as word-of-mouth.

Are you in India?? I have never heard of Boinpally, Secunderabad but that sounds Indian, especially with the -abad ending. Anyway I do know that often these things are widely advertised in shops in such South Asian countries as Nepal as well as here in Oz. I have *no* idea if anything similar goes on in India but if you have a local coffee shop or community store or other such meeting place you might try checking out the adverts or simply go ahead and post your own advert there.
