Check with Apartment Locators.  They have access to all rental listings, (homes, condos, townhouses and apartments).  

I was looking to rent something with 2 bedrooms and a 2 car garage.  A friend recommended Apartment Locators and they showed me homes, condos and townhouses.  I ended up renting a townhouse with a 2 car garage.
