Unless it is outside, your not going to find any indoor facilitys, as Vancouver like Toronto have some of the strictest non-smoking laws on the books, it is illegal to smoke indoor in a public place, 30 feet from a door to a mall or office building, on elevators, your not even going to find a private club with a memebership that will be legal.
