  1. Try and be more specific. Do you mean that there is no other services required?

    OT is a related service and must be related to some  other goals and objectives related to academic functioning on the IEP. It does not have its own G&O.

    This is not the case with a 504 Plan, where OT can be the only goal. Check the Wright's Law website about having a 504 Plan. It is related not to IDEA, but to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
