  1. Websites are usually very incomplete.

This book is the way to go: http://www.amazon.com/Magnesium-Overcast...

  2. There is an example of the B-36J Peacemaker at the Pima Air Museum in Tucson, AZ.

    The web site is:

    http://www.pimaair.org/

The specific page about their B-36 is:

    http://www.pimaair.org/collection-detail...

There is a web site dedicated to the plane, now in Pima, at:

    http://www.b-36peacemakermuseum.org/

More information can be found on the web site of the Air Force Museum in Dayton, OH:

    http://www.nationalmuseum.af.mil/factshe...

Another nice page with photos is at:

    http://www.air-and-space.com/peacemkr.ht...

And John Weeks has an excellent article at his site:

    http://www.johnweeks.com/b36/index.html

Those should give you plenty of information and web sites to start with.

  3. A real one could be at the Air Base in Dayton,

  4. wikipedia is always good:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/B-36

but, if you have internet access, why don't you just google it and see what comes up.

  5. Check out this website. Also, an online encyclopedia has info, too.

    Regards,

    Dan
