Well if your joining the military they pay for a college with a good ROTC.  But if your joining ROTC for no specific reason just look up all the Community College's and Universities around you and you can find out wether they do or not.

Do you have a specific NROTC detachment, you want to go to?  If so, contact them and they will give you a tour and you should have the opportunity to meet other cadets who can give you insight.
