  1. Try going to a street food market, specially those of indian or thailandese food. If not, search in the internet for restaurants that can offer you this option.

  2. Like locusts in honey? Way back in the late 50s there was a store called Booth's in Kendal, Cumbria (then it was in Westmorland) which had them in their display (tinned). I don't know if anyone actually bought a tin.

I just love the spell checker's suggestion for Westmorland - Wasteland - that's how I felt and it's why I left!

  3. in the philippines

    ilocos region- may beetle

    pampanga- camaro or beetle grubs

  4. your backyard

  5. The ground?

  6. Africa?

  7. check your yard. grasshoppers are ounce for ounce 2x-3x higher in protein than beef, and ants are the same. moths are an excellent source of fats and worms are excellent of protein and fats. preparation for consumption is as follows:

grasshoppers- remove spiny legs and the wings. roast over open flame or in oven(they can carry tapeworms). eat whole.

ants-roast as well and eat whole.

moths- take off wings, roast over open flame and eat whole.

worms- place in water and let it purge (get rid of the c**p and dirt inside it out of its system) itself clean. eat whole.
