I thank yu wanna hire a home impruev kumpanee unless yu liv in the kuntree or small town that dont hav  guvt inspekters.

1. lotta plaeses hav home dezines...look like oversize paper-bak book.

Lowes, Home Depo, bookstores, & most Walmarts hav em.

2. The kumpanee that sell em will also sell yu blueprints & list av materials for NE dezine in the book.

More kommon tu yuze em for ideas & dezine yer oen.

3. I rekmend yu find draftman tu make blueprints, then find a bilder tu make the hous.  Most plaeses hav littel 1 or 2 man "shop" that bild houses.

4. note...home bilders dont bild houses; em supervies kontrakters.  Evreethang is subkontrakted, sept maby the floor plan & arkitekt.

dont try yourself with some samples.

consult an architect. though you may have to pay charges you will be assured of a best suited design for your taste.
