Where can I find interesting facts about a specific date?

Things such as top movies, songs, shows, trends, & news. I need to fill in information for my daughters baby book, and I have no idea where to look.

Hmmmmm.

This may be tricky, depending on exactly how old she is.

If she's really young, then go to some newspaper web sites, and look in their archives.

On her first birthday, you could see if you can find some "this day in history" things and see if any do "one year ago today" stuff.

OR, you could try typing her birthday (in its various forms) into your favorite search engine and see what you hit.

Edit to add: I've starred this. Leave it up for a couple of days; maybe one of my fans will know a way to get this.
