Where can I find international terms and conditions as a web designer?

Question

I am a web designer and I have been asked to design some websites for clients in other countries (US and India). I live in the UK and am concerned that my current contracts are only valid over here. I don't want to make these websites and then find my contracts are worth nothing and get screwed over.

Can somebody help please? Or point me in the right direction?

There are easier ways to handle such stuff, make them register at freelance websites like http://getafreelnacer.com/ , http://scriptlance.biz/ , http://eufrelance.com/ and let many web designers bid for their projects , let them hire you alone , the freelance website asks the customer to pay affront, in case you deliver the project , the freelance website pays you , in case you do not freelance company refunds the money to the customer.
