Where can I find knee high boots for a sensible price?

I'm looking for some knee-high boots, that are flat and comfy for the winter, also preferably fluffy/not leather.

Where sells them (online or in the UK) at a sensible price? All the ones I've seen are over £100 and I can't afford that!

brown leather boot: wear with light blue skinny jeans and leg warmer on the pants and show some from the boot and off white jumper and black coat.

black leather boot: beige pants and baby blue or off white jumper with the same black coat

In toronto the outlet of sears has some.I do not know if there is any outlet near you or not.
