Where can I find low GI Recipies that are easy to make?

do a internet search for diabetic recipes.  library's always have tons of diabetic cookbooks and so do bookstores.  even if you aren't diabetic remember diabetic people must eat low glycemic index foods to keep their sugar from spikeing.
