Where can I find my Juror number?

I got a grand jury summons recently (Suffolk County NY Court) and I looked online to check the daily call-in message to see if I have to go in. It gives the numbers B0001-B0100 as the jurors who have to report in. However, I have no idea where to look to find out my juror number! Is it on the summons itself or do I have to call information? I need help as soon as possible, please! I have a juror index number but I don't think that's it!

Did anyone find an answer to this? I've been away for some time, only to return to a Suffolk County Grand Jury duty summons for Monday morning. However, I can't find my juror number, either. The offices are all closed, and the telephone standby is no help. I don't want to drive the 45 minute inconvenience in the morning, just to be told I didn't need to report. Help? The only thing I was thinking is that the 4 digits could be the first 4 of your social? I just don't want to jump to any conclusions.
