Where can I find my "Local Tax Collector's office"?

I want to get a personalized licence plate, and I need to take my inquiry to my local tax collector's office... where the heck would I find that?

you can find it in the local phone book under the blue section in the front of the book or you can enter in the county tax colection agency name by county and if they have a web site it should take you to it (most in Fl do)
