There must be a site or a source of info where to know, when, where a company is opening or will get open.

  1. I have been searching for this info as well, but I'm on the other end of the search ~ I am trying to open a new company and am considering which funding sources I should use to get started. Part of that search includes considering private investors, and what the legalities of such a financial relationship would include.

Perhaps you could check with a bank or credit union that you already do business with and see if they can pair you up with a company they are loaning start up funds to.  Since they would be local you'd have the opportunity to sit down and look over their business plan and decide if it is what you are looking to invest in.  Also look to support companies that you have a similar vision or interest in common with.  Not only will your first hand knowledge help you gauge the new company but it will make investing more interesting for you.

If you haven't done investing in new companies previously it would be a good idea to consult a lawyer and financial advisor on how to get set up.  They could give you the information you need to protect your investment and to help you, and the business you invest in flourish.

hope you find what you are looking for!

  2. GOOGLE them

    try to invvest online http://tinyurl.com/6ykc56

they offer very good rates. now there is a promo action. you can invest less than $1,000 at high interest rate

  3. "IPO" stands for Initial Public Offering", which is the term used to describe new stocks about to go on the market.  If you google the term IPO, you will find numberous sites that provide information on the new companies in the process and the dates they are expected to go onto the market.

Some sites that I found were:

    http://secure.secfilings.com/offer.php?i...

    http://www.123jump.com/ipo/index

    http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/mar...

    http://www.reuters.com/finance/deals/ipo...
