Where can I find old california traffic reports?

I'm looking for a traffic report about a major traffic jam on I-580 near Vasco Rd. on 9/12/2007.

Whether or not there was a report would depend on the cause.  If an accident caused this or happened because of it,   look for the accident report.    If a streaker caused it,   local news coverage would be a better bet.
