I have gone to many thrift stores in my day. I have found that many of them have cheap wedding dresses that in in really good condition. Most of them range from 15 to 100 dollars depending on the condition the style and how old they are.

well, i know you said it needs to be near by, but you can always have it shipped. try ebay. if your still only wanting something you can actually go out and touch before buying then just try the goodwill or check at an estate sale.
