Where can I find open auditions for a 14 year old boy - living in York?

Hi all!

I'm a 14 year boy looking for open auditions for films/TV shows, and I live in York, North Yorkshire.

I am confident on-stage having been a lead role in my school musical, done 3 other plays at school aswell as one at the York Theatre Royal.

I currently do not have an agent, do you think I need one?

If anyone knows of any open auditions I could go to, as so many people have said I should pursue an acting career.

remember you should never pay someone to be on their books nless they get you work, then they take a percent.

join a am dram group as they sometimes scout.

My questions exactly the same except i live in Newcastle and am a girl. People answering my qustion were telling me to check out starnow.com and buy a magazine called the stage from somewhere like WHSmith or look on the website thestage.co.uk that tells you about open auditions

P.S - I don't have an agent and I'm looking for open auditions
