Where can I find orange lipstick or lipgloss?

No, its not for my lips. For a little project im working on..

It cannot have ANY shimmer at all.

Would they have it at CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart?

go to Sephora.  they'll have it.  but youll probably have to a pay a bit more for it there.

Probably all three, try Wet 'n Wild or one of those brands.  Halloween stuff is coming out - try those costume makeup sections too.

loreal colour juice in melon punch . you can get it from cvs walgreens target walmart etc

that I really love

but it is awfully expensive to use on a project

I bet the places you listed would have it

you would just have to dig through a lot of lipsick
