Where can I find parts for my Camera/Video Tripod?

I have a Ambico model V-0552 tripod. Got if for cheap at a Goodwill store. Problem is: The small piece that attaches via a s***w to the bottom of your camera is missing. Anyone know where I can purchase one of these? Are these a universal-fit sort of item or are they each unique in size? HELP! Thanks very much!
