Regular grocery stores sell it. Plus vegetarian food isn't hard to come by. Just avoid food with meat in any form. Vegan food is where you have a little bit more difficulty finding, but it's still very possible at normal grocery stores. Just buy veggies, rice, etc.

Are you talking about selling food or serving?  Most supermarkets will sell vegetarian food to some extent.  Trader Joe's has some items.  If you want a restaurant, I don't remember the name but there is one that is in Hacienda Heights on Gale between Hacienda Blvd and I believe Stanton.  I think the name is something Garden.
