Where can I find poly chain pulleys that I can use to build an airboat reduction drive unit?

I'm wanting to build a 1.5:1 reduction unit that will handle 80 hp minimum and stand at least 5500 rpm.

The pulleys should be about 51/2 " and 8" with plain hubs that I can custom fit to my project

you can get this in any super walmart.  just go to the auto sectioin and they got a special area next to the audio transduction center.
