  1. Go to www.investingonline.org It is a non-commercial website dedicated to learning about investing. There is a practice on-line broker account where you don't have to give any personal information.

  2. just make an imaginary portfolio. make a spredsheat and say you bought some of this stock and some of that stock and just follow the stock every day.

  3. Interactive Brokers has very real option simulation.  But you have to open an accoun to get the paper account.

  4. Friend you can try http://www.finexo.com/. It provides you a demo account for 3 days. After that you can just make a live trading account with $25 and start trading. As the amount is quite low it acts as a demo only but if you earn profit you can get it increase which usually happens.

I am using it since long and now i feel very proud to recommend ate it.

  5. I don't know any play accounts for options, but this is the BEST non commercial source for options education/ Strategy Screener, everything you would want to know.

Options Industry Council - (Official Options Industry Education)

    http://www.optionseducation.org/

  6. My choice would be

    http://www.cboe.com/tradtool/virtualtrad...

For what it is worth, I also agree that

    http://www.optionseducation.org/

is an excellent site for learning the basics about options. I would, however, still recomend you read at least one good book about options before trading them using real money.
