Well there is many places you can go there is Pro Curcuit, Factory Connection, Nicole Racing for the big companies and there probably companies in oyur area who soecialize in dirtbikes/quad.

do you want to have yours rebuilt? or do you want new ones?

if you want new ones as spares, go to your local dealership and buy some from them. The manufacture like Honda or Suzuki will not sell you extra's.

it might be cheaper to go through an aftermarket suplier like pro works racing or pro circuit.....
