Where can I find psp gba emu, and a pokemon sapphire rom?

Hello, I'm having the hardest time trying to find a GBA emulator. Also I'm trying to find a Pokemon Sapphire rom. Then I need to know where I can find something (idk what it is) to be able to use cheat codes in the psp for the Pokemon game. I can say I don't know what to do. Lol. I don't know if this matters but my psp is v. 4.05. Please tell me how to get the emu and rom to play in my psp. I'm so confused. v.v

as for the psp emulator i dont belive you can get that if you do find out where to then please tell me i would be baffled if you could find one.
