Where can I find "Spectride Flea and Tick" killer ?

I live in DeKalb county Alabama and Lowes does not carry this specific product anymore at the Fort Payne location. I don't know if they even make this specific product anymore.

They still make it, Lowes just stopped carrying it because they say the manufacturer increased their prices too much.  You can still find it at Ace and TruValue hardware stores if you have them in your area.  If you have Tractor Supply stores (my sis lives in the midwest and says they have it there) check there, too.
