I don't want to buy them in bunches, just maybe one or two of each.

  2. A great place to start is the National Green Pages online. This is a directory of several on and offline green retailers. You can't sort by whether they are online or not but many of the businesses are internet retailers, so they are easy to find.

Uncommongoods.com has some products made from recycled products, but not all. Tenthousandvillages.com and Novica.com work with fair trade goods. Fairindigo.com has some organic clothing which are fair trade. Also, I have found a number of recycled handmade goods at etsy.com.
