Where can I find requirements and info on opening a California Preschool?

Does anyone have information, tips, etc. on how to open a Preschool in California? Or, do you know where I can find this information? Thank you very much!

go to this website   http://nrc.uchsc.edu/STATES/states.htm   and check out the state regulations for the state you live in.  also, you need to find out what the local laws are regarding zoneing, fire codes, etc.  that's just for the physical plant.  then you need to read the regulations regarding staff, licensing, curicullum, etc.  be sure to check into insurance also.  good luck.
