As in the resin you use for jewllery making.

Generally, in craft or hobby stores, and in art supply stores at least.  (sometimes also in auto supply stores, hardware stores, and plastics supply stores)

Keep in mind though that there are two different kinds of craft resins though --epoxy and polyester-- and you'll want to know which kind to use for what you want to make.
