I am interested in becoming a stand up comic and I'm looking for ways to refine my material, develop existing material, and work on execution of my jokes and stage presence. I'm looking for tips, websites, even people that could consult me.

really, the best thing you can do is watch others, go to amature nights and see what bombs and what doesn't.

It depends what type of comedy you do as to what site is best. Comedy central/edinbrough fringe encourage new acts their forums are great.
