Where can I find shorts in London, for a moderately cheap price?

I'd like to buy some shorts in London for a holiday.

Just something cheap, im not too worried about bold designs.

well they don't come much cheaper than Primark...& their stuff is quite nice too!  there is a big one in Oxford Street...but i am sure they are dotted around all over London.
