Where can I find some Dronabinol, Marinol or similar drugs?

I live in Illinois about two hours south of chicago, if anyone can hook me up with some of these cannibinoids, please to not hesitate to hook a brother up. thanks

First of all, those drugs you mentioned are the same thing.  Marinol is the brand name for dronabinol.  

Second of all, they are antiemetics and are usually used for AIDS patients to help keep food down and prevent nausea.  So, if this is what you need, ask your doctor.

Most pharmacies will not regularly stock them because of price.  As long as you have a prescription, they will order them in for you.  As long as you have a prescription, you'll be able to get them.
